Clingy baby
My daughter has been very very clingy the past 3 days. I have not been able to put her down and hardly have been able to get anything done cause all she wants is me. She used to go to bed on her own no problems, now she hates going to bed by herself! She acts scared and doesn’t want to be in her bed alone at all. It’s not dark and she was going to bed fine up until a few days ago. She will wake up screaming. I don’t like the thought of bed sharing because of the risks so that’s not an option and I’ve tried putting her in my room again in her own bed but she still doesn’t like it, I’m at a loss. She was doing fine, now she wants to be glued to me every second. Which I don’t mind, I love cuddles with her but she won’t even go to bed and sleep alone anymore. She cries nonstop if I don’t hold her which never used to happen, she used to love looking around and playing with her toys, playmat, looking at her toys and mirror doing tummy time, swinging, etc. I know this might be normal baby behavior but she’s a whole different baby these days. I am more tired than I was in the newborn stage. I guess she’s just a momma’s girl and going through something, not sure if it’s a leap, a spurt, I have no idea. But she hates being alone and is attached to my hip 24/7. Sometimes she cries in her sleep also. She’s 14 weeks 3 days old.
