Today I was studying at my boyfriend’s apartment for the evening. He left for a bit to go to a meeting, and when he came back he got super quiet. When I was leaving he made no effort to move, and I had to ask him to walk me to the train station, which was right outside of his apartment because it was very late. I always ask him to walk me there if it’s late because it gets pretty dangerous at night. When we were waiting, my boyfriend started complaining about how he didn’t think he would be able to get me an anniversary gift on time. When I got on the train, which was filled with tons of people who were obviously not sober, my boyfriend sent me a message that said “hehehe some creepy guy ran after you”. I had to get off the train at the next stop and walk over a mile back to my apartment because the train was super sketchy. I told my boyfriend that, and all he replied was “rippppp”. I didn’t reply to that message for awhile once I got back bc I was working on some hw, and he never asked me if I got to my apartment okay or if I even made it back at all.

I’m annoyed at my boyfriend now for acting like such a kid. I was super scared, but obviously my boyfriend didn’t care to even ask if I made it back. Did he make a few honest mistakes, or is this actually something to be upset about??
