Nexplanon & Cycles

My partner and I decided we wanted to ttc and so I had my nexplanon removed on April 1st 2019. I had my first cycle after the removal on June 16th, it lasted for 5 days. But ever since that cycle I have had nothing... and it’s September.

It’s very frustrating not being able to keep track of my cycle for ovulations sake... it’s also nerve racking not knowing whether I’m just not having period to not have a period or if I’m not having a period because I could have possibly gotten pregnant. This is causing a lot of wasted pregnancy tests and a lot of strain between my partner and I. Is there any way I can jump start my cycles again? Or do I just have to wait it out?
