We haven't had sex in forever, he doesn't sleep in the same bed with me, we don't hang out, we don't hold hands, kiss or hug. WE DONT DO ANYTHING.
if I was to go see someone else, is it cheating if my own "boyfriend" is lacking?

Yes, it’s cheating if it’s sexual contact with somebody outside your relationship that hasn’t been agreed upon by everyone in the relationship. If things are so dead between you, what do you have to lose by talking to him first? No one on this app can or should give you permission to run off and be unfaithful to your relationship just because things are dead in the bedroom. Chances are he might be just as unhappy and maybe the both of you agree that it isn’t working anymore (or heck, I don’t know, maybe you both agree to open the relationship and get your sexy time elsewhere, but you definitely don’t get a free pass to go bang somebody else without his knowledge or agreement just because things aren’t what they used to be)
