UPDATE: I went to A&E and they turned me away

Had bfps a few days ago

It got fainter and was basically negative this morning. Then I started to bleed, felt like a period but with big clots in it coming out in the toilet and when I wiped. Took advice and went to get checked out and they turned me away. They said it can’t be a miscarriage because otherwise the test would have stayed positive, but couldn’t tell me what else could be going on, refused to examine me and said I’m too early to be referred on (14 dpo today). So lost and confused and heartbroken
