Confused and need help

So I was messing around with my toy and was on video with my man since we are a ldr. During so I thought I had just gotten my period a week early? Although today I'm just like normal??? No bleeding nothing? Confused and concerned. I'm 19 with a soon to be 2 year old. 🤦 Last time I had sex was like June and I've had my period regularly since 🤷. Please helps thanks ladies
