How many naps?

My boy still does 3. Sometimes he does 2. Never has done 1. Just curious where you guys are at.

We’re down to 1. I went back to teaching 2 weeks ago and she’s now up at 6:45am. I was concerned that that would mess our schedule up, but we’ve been able to bump the nap up a bit and get 2.5 hours of daytime sleep in one nap. It’s been working perfect for us. 😊

Elise is down to one nap. It was becoming really difficult to squeeze in 2 naps following proper wake times with her sleeping until 9:30 am most mornings. Actually perfect timing because I just started back at work and I have to bring her to my dads until my fiancé is off of work, so giving her 2 naps just wouldn’t work. She just goes to bed at 7:30 instead of 8 now, and her wake times are sometimes 5 hours but she doesn’t seem to have a problem. And will still sleep until 9! I thought it’d be a nightmare but it works for us, most times she’ll take a 2 hour nap.

Babygirl still takes 2 naps. Her morning and afternoon nap. I'm not complaining at all 😌😌😌 She's 50% Cranky/fussy/sassy and 50% happy/silly/calmish/chill lol she's a mix of everything😅 Diaper changes are crazy too...screams and alligator rolls all mad. Toys only work sometimes lol which is funny because trimming her nails is completely opposite. She is so good & just lays there calm as can be. Phew!

2! I thought Kayleigh was ready to transition to 1 because she was taking awhile to fall sleep for all or some of her naps/sleep. We tried 1 nap for a couple days and it didn't go well lol. She was sooo crabby. I went back to 2. It took a few days but she stopped taking more than 15 mins to fall asleep. I read there's a sleep/nap regression around 12mo and she had just learned how to walk when this happened so I think that's what it was. And I'm totally fine with it! I love her longer morning nap! 😂 Our schedule is up at 7:15, nap  from 10:20-11:45, nap 2 from 3:15-4:40. Bedtime around 8:20. Granted she takes around 10 mins to fall asleep for all of those.

Addison usually takes 2, some days 3 but today she has only had 1. I am praying it doesn't mess with bed time.

My son has been taking 1 nap since around 9 months. 1.5-2 hours, bedtime is 7:30-8pm and get up around 7am

Rory still had two but can go on one - he has a late morning and sometimes and afternoon but it’s random! If he has the one he goes to bed earlier.

My son has been having one nap since 9 months . First it was 3 hours long then moved to about 2-2.5 hours at around 11 months and now he naps 1.5-2 hours max

Some days 1, some days 2. If he takes 2 he tends to stay up a bit later but if it’s 1 it’s usually too early and then he’s cranky before dinner (but too late in the day to take another nap) and then often wakes in the night because he didn’t eat enough.
