5 weeks 3 day ultrasound normal?

Hello! 
I had my ultrasound today and at first he couldn’t find the yolk sac and then he goes “oh there it is! Pretty early though” come back in a week. 
I didn’t see anything but I’m confused and scared. 
Picture is attached. Is this a normal 5 week ultrasound?

Yup very normal. My ob doesn't even do a scan until the 7th week for this reason, though I'm dying to see!

Yes mine was very similar, didn't get a photo though, but the sac seemed empty. I am supposed to come back next week and hopefully see more 😊

Yep normal its very very early! Crazy how fast bub is growing though, next week when you go back you might get to see a tiny peanut with a heartbeat
