Is Caesar salad safe to eat while pregnant? It’s all I crave

Some women avoid it because some Cesar salad dressings contain raw eggs. If your concerned about it, just check the ingredients. I personally eat it all the time

I would stay away from it in restaurants as the real dressing is made with raw eggs and anchovies, but as far as bottled dressing go for it!

You could always get a vegan version of the dressing if you are worried. My local health food store makes an amazing kale Caesar salad!
