Implantation bleeding?
My period is 5-7 days late (my cycle varies month to month but is never this late) and I just had a but of light pink/orangeish spotting a couple hours ago. I thought it was possibly my period starting but it's been hours and my tampon is dry. I had light cramping the last couple of days but zero cramping today. I'm not actively TTC but I do track my cycle. I have tested recently with all negatives
