7 weeks pregnant. Symptoms that come and go?

Does anyone have symptoms that come and go? I am almost always tired but I feel like some days my boobs are really sore and some days they are just a little sore, etc. 
It freaks me out every time. I keep hearing it’s normal but it would still be nice to hear others are experiencing the same thing!

I’m 7 weeks now - My symptoms come and go too, and in the back of my mind I keep hearing my doctor’s voice from my first ultrasound “If symptoms suddenly stop and you experience bleeding, come in right away”. I’m sure he didn’t mean to worry me but that’s all I can think about. It is common for symptoms to come and go but I still get nervous when I feel completely normal, and anxiously wait for some sign to come back the next day. But yes, to answer your question my symptoms have been on and off. Some days I’m nauseous all day and moody and fatigued, other days the nausea isn’t bad and I’m RAVENOUS and happy lol. Oh and my boobs stopped hurting as much now! Just a couple weeks ago they felt so sensitive and swollen, it hurt to even lie down 😵

My boobs aren't constantly super sore, though my nausea is basically constant and my fatigue definitely is. It's easy to panic, but it is normal, especially as the placenta takes over and our hormones get a bit of a break.

Definitely normal I’m 9 weeks now and my symptoms aren’t as bad as the first few weeks.
We saw hesrt beat going strong a few weeks ago and have 3-4 weeks till our next scan.
But I know things are hopefully going as they need to.
Bellys growing awkwardly in one spot and the nausea is still there .

Same 8 weeks some days I’m
Full of energy , gets tired early evening , can’t sleep , weeing a lot , boobs upto 6 weeks killing now some days feel and look fine (veiny though ) then sometimes just a little pain - no morning sickness although I’m awake feeling watery mouthed - enough to drive you nuts all the worry

I’m 7 weeks too and same 🙃 my boobs haven’t hurt super bad and sometimes don’t hurt at all 🤔 I have pretty consistent nausea through the entire day though, if I constantly snack it’s not a problem, smells bother me 24/7 though

Yep I’m just over ten weeks and this has been happening since around 6 weeks - really up and down. Today I had a teeny bit of nausea and then just really hungry. Boobs don’t feel too sore just big! I ended up going to the early pregnancy unit to get a scan at 9 weeks and all was fine. But my dating scan is t until 13 weeks so I might go again as I had a mmc last year and lack of symptoms sends me into over drive that something is wrong :( I think you just need to think yourself lucky as some people get awful sickness- be glad you’re not one of them!
