Crazy cycle?

I had my period, so I know I'm not pregnant. CD 5 after only a light 3 day period (typically 4-5 days) and I feel so weird. The PMS irritability that I typically have for a day or 2 before AF is still hanging around, I started to feel nauseous tonight, crazy acne, and I've had some mild cramps and aching ovaries. Is this from early ovulation? Is my cycle going crazy? Anyone have things change drastically in their 30s? I did have a MC, but that was back in Feb-could that be the culprit this far out?
