possible yeast infection ???

I am not entirely sure if I got a yeast infection ; but I am almost 34 weeks and a few days ago my private area had been itching and now it doesn’t at all, but I realized that I have some “chunky areas” inside of my lips? an off white color and it’s like chunky pieces of something that I don’t even know .... I don’t itch anymore, no burning urination or anything else. I’ve also never had a yeast infection so I don’t know what to look for and or if this is one ? and if it is how do I get rid of it ? 😭😭😭😭😭😩
