How often are you counting kicks??

If I'm feeling him pretty regularly all morning like I normally do then I don't count, but if he's having a quite day and I don't notice him as much then I'll lay down and count until I get my 10 kicks, once I have 10 kicks then I'm done.

Honestly, little man moves soooo much, that I don’t count them. I’m a super paranoid mama and I haven’t felt the need because he’s always rearranging furniture in there.

I don't have time to just sit and focus on counting. Luckily my girly moves a lot. Every now and then I can't remember if she's moved in a while so I'll poke her and she'll respond. I would count if I thought there was a decrease in movement though.

After realizing how different babies are, I quit worrying about counting and only worry about what’s normal for my baby. 
When I was pregnant with my first, she moved all the time. She would go crazy over cold sugary drinks and food. 
This time, he is lazy and my anterior placenta does block a little movement. He is completely different than my first. Sugary drinks or me eating something doesn’t make him move extra. I just keep an eye on what’s normal for him.

I only stop to count if I don’t feel her for a while! But she’s normally super active at random points throughout the day

I don’t bother counting because she’s constantly moving lol and hurting me even when I’m tryna sleep

Counting makes me more anxious than not, and my doctor said as long as I feel him regularly it’s not really necessary. At 34 weeks, she only recommends it if I notice I’m not feeling him at a normal time, and if I lay on my side and drink something cold etc. and I don’t get the 10 kicks/hour to go get examined.
