Should I take another test?

Had protected sex on August 10. I took a text on Sunday or Monday and it was negative. But I’m just considered because I am usually early, never late.

I think it's safe to say you're probably good. Theres a really small window for pregnancy to happen..that's why some women who actually want to get pregnant, really struggle. Its obviously not impossible, but because you had protected sex outside of your fertile window, you're probably fine girl! But I'll tell ya, first response is very reliable. I tested positive 8 days before my missed period so if testing again will bring you comfort, go for it! False positives are super rare. And in my experience, a test never lied. And to get the best most accurate reading...I suggest peeing into a cup and testing that way. Read the instructions carefully. If you test using a cup, most test say to dip it in your urine for 5 seconds and lay it on a flat surface. Disregard results after about 10 minutes. The more saturated the test the more you may start to see a double line which doesn't necessarily mean its positive. Digital is fool proof! Best of luck!
