please help (nexplanon)

so i’ve been on nexplanon for about 5 years (replaced after i hit my 3rd year mark). i originally got it to help regulate my periods— but it’s only just recently that i started to become sexually active.

last week we had sex and he ended up cumming inside me... granted most of it came out, but i’m still super nervous.

i’ve been reading online that being overweight could potentionally decrease the affectiveness of my implant (i’m about 5’5 and i weight around 200-210 lbs) and that has been REALLY freaking me out, while on the other hand, many people are saying that it’s super effective and that i shouldn’t worry because it’s super unlikely that anything is wrong..

i’ve had some backaches recently and a few light cramps here and there, sometimes i feel like my breasts are sore but i think that’s me psyching myself out (i squeeze them a lil to see if i’m ACTUALLY sore to which they end up not being tender or feel pain..)

my periods are also suuuuuper irregular.. so now i’m just waiting until i get it again, whenever that may be, which i know will calm me down A LOT once i get it
