So confused and frustrated

On the 28th of August I got a positive pregnancy with first response brand. Last week I decided to go to the doctor because I was having some discomfort. They did a test and the doctor surprisingly told me it’s negative. I go home that day and did my own test one with the first response and a cheap one. The first response said positive but the cheap strip was negative. I thought i should wait and use first morning urine which I did but still negative. Today now am bleeding. I don’t know if it’s my period that was late or am having another miscarriage after two.
