Anemia?

Question

So I had my glucose test and that was normal, at the same time my dr wanted other tests done just a check up I guess. Anyways these are my results:

I’ve looked up most of what it means and it’s leaning towards anemia? I have a docs appointment Monday anyways I’m just looking for some input before then!

You’re out of range for quite a few things so it could be more than one thing. I would wait to hear from the doctor before jumping to conclusions.

It’s actually very normal to be anemic at this point.  RBC and H&H low together is because of your pregnancy.  Your dr may recommend extra iron.  I’m an L&D nurse.

I was out of range for a lot. But for most pregnant women it’s normal. Although you blood increases it’s mostly plasma so it makes your hemoglobin levels look low. I goggled it when I saw my numbers because I was concerned. But of course your doc will let you know.

I was also found mildly anemic , taking the iron pill and I feel a lot better.

My hemocrit was also 31 and I’ve been told to take a small dose of an iron supplement. Only mild anemia and she said it’s normal

You'll have to wait and see what the doctor says but being anemic when you're pregnant is pretty common and really not an big deal. I have been with both pregnancies and you just take an iron supplement in addition to your prenatal vitamin and move along. Nothing to stress about.
