Hair Loss

Is anyone else’s PP hair loss this bad? I cleaned out my shower drain a week ago, and this was it today- and I only shower every other day. I also lose hair when I brush it and just randomly when I run my hands through the ends of my hair throughout the day. I feel like it’s out of control! I read it can last up to 6 months postpartum, but I’m only 3.5 and if this continues I feel like I’ll have no hair left! I already had fairly thin hair to start! 😥😥😥😥
