PUPPPS rash please help 😭

So I have recently developed Puppps all over my stomach and I’m losing my mind. I have tried different moisturizing lotions, hydrocortisone, oatmeal baths. Benadryl works at night, but I want to cry during the day. I use a a Benadryl gel during the day but that only last a few hours and I’m Not sure it’s safe to take Benadryl at night AND topically all day and night. I just bought pine tar soap and used it once so far and haven’t really noticed any improvement. Does anyone have any other things I can try? I’m not sure I can do this for 6 more weeks!
