Exhausted at work 😴

I work full time and have been so beyond exhausted lately. I’m going to bed early, sleeping in as late as I can, drinking acceptable amounts of caffeine (lol) and water, taking vitamins when I can tolerate them, but I just feel like I’m going to fall asleep any second. I often feel like I’m not being productive or mentally sharp enough because of it. I don’t have an official lunch break (I take it at the end of the day so I can leave earlier), so naps aren’t really an option unless I’m sneaky about it. 👀 Just curious if anyone has some tips for surviving the sleepies during the work day?
