Trust my gut? Yes or no

Question

So my fiancé has this girl best friend. But I think he has more feelings for her than he says. He made plans with her Saturday without me knowing anything about it. He always gets mad and defensive when she comes up in conversation. He has cheated on me before and told me he was gonna leave me for the girl he cheated with. I am 7 months pregnant with our son. I keep getting this gut feeling about his “girl best friend” that he’s cheating again or he is gonna leave. Should I listen to my gut. 
He cheated on me in June of this year.

There’s no other reason for him to get defensive then if he’s doing something shady.

Deff fishy. Always trust your gut. If he’s getting defensive over just a friend and is making plans behind your back to see her, I also think it’s more than just a friendship.

Speaking from experience here: trust your gut. 
Would he be okay with you making plans with another man on a Saturday and not telling him about it? I highly doubt it. 
That’s shady to be doing that, especially getting defensive about her.

Is he defensive because you’re constantly accusing him of cheating with her, or is there another reason? It sounds as though you haven’t worked out your issues from last year and need to do that now- couples therapy is a good idea.
