Toxmo

Freaking out pls advise. I am almost 5 weeks. We found out last week while in Italy, where I ate a lot of raw vegetables. Apparently you are not supposed to in Italy bc of risk of toxmo. My doc tested but I won’t know until Monday. Can someone pls advise? Is it likely I have it? If I do and it’s caught early what happens?
