My baby has a horn?

Question

So I got my first ultrasound done yesterday, I was 10 weeks 3 days and some of the pictures freaked me out but also made me laugh. If anyone could help explain, I'll obviously ask my doctor at my next appointment but the ultrasound tech didn't seem to interested in talking so here's the pic, enjoy and if you have any ideas please share.
Note: it doesn't look like weird in every ultrasound pic

It was probably it’s hand/arm.

I think you have a unicorn in there hahaha. It’s probably a hand or foot or maybe cord lol

I almost woke up my toddler laughing 😂 that's so cute, gosh. Definitely a keeper. You can tell them that their horn fell off in the womb.
