Birth control advice!

I’m going to be 6 weeks pp on Tuesday and have my follow up on Friday. I have my boy and my girl so my husband and I decided we are done having kids.

What birth controls are better and how are they inserted/do they hurt?? I used to be completely anti anything except the pill but I’m wanting something a little more effective since we say we are done

I am totally fine with taking the pill every day but wanted to weigh my options before Friday!

Also my pp bleeding and discharge stopped after I got my period at 4 weeks even though I’m EBF. Should I be okay to stop wearing pads or could my bleeding start again at any time?
