Pain during and after sex

So my boyfriend and I have a very active sex life , but every time he lifts at least one or both of my legs and goes in , I get a very painful feeling that seems to be around my hip , it’s happened a couple different times so he never really did it again but the pain isn’t there for long so I never thought anything of it and today was the first time we had unprotected sex so he lifted my leg again and tried to go at it that way but again I felt pain and this time was worse then the times before , its been a couple hours and the pain hasn’t gone away , and it’s not like a pleasurable pain which I know is common , but has anyone gone through this too or is it just me ? I need advice please 😭 idk what it is
