30w3d pain

I'm having a very sharp pain in my lower left side kind of where my c section scar is. The pain kind of spreads to the center of my abdomen at times. It doesn't hurt but just a few seconds but I've been having this pain all day since 9 this morning it's now 4 PM. My baby has been moving more then she normally does. Also my back hurts but that really isn't unusual for me. What I want to know is does this sound normal or should I call/go get checked out ?
