I am so sad over this

I’m 17 and I had been dating this guy for about three years. We broke up for about five months and he came back and we ended up getting back together. He was never a good boyfriend but I just loved him so much. We broke up again because he was confused and didn’t know what he really wanted. We continued to talk every day. We still were more than just friends. We hung out and stuff. He told me he still liked me he just wasn’t ready to be in a relationship yet and he didn’t want to get my hopes up. Lately he hasn’t been acting right. He’s been kinda mean to me. Today I told him I didn’t deserve to be treated like this anymore and he told me to go find someone who would treat me right and immediately blocked me. We barely even had an argument or anything he just blocked me out of nowhere. It hurts so much and idk what happened but it’s like I went through another breakup and that’s how much it hurts me. Idk what to do.
