Burning while urinating?

I got the blood test today that confirmed I am pregnant. It burns while urinating but the doctor said I don’t have a uti. Is that also just one if the earlier symptoms? I have never hear of that?

I have same issue . I believe it’s growing uterus pushing down on bladder if we sit or stand too long

I would go and get a second opinion. When I mentioned this to my dr he put me on antibiotics straight away without even testing my urine
