I’ve never had collard greens. Are they good?

My dad makes the bestttt collard greens with ham and smoked neck bones. But I’ve tried it other places and don’t like them. My dads side of the family make it well so I’ll eat it but not from restaurants.

It's one if those things that when you do it right, its super delicious, but doing it wrong can just turn you off of then forever. If a yankee is making greens I ain't eating em.

I prefer turnip greens with chow chow or pepper sauce. I think they have a milder taste.
