Are you scared of dieing ?

I always get scared at night thinking about what happens after you die so depressing

We will all die. It is a part of life. That is certain. 
Where were you before you were born? What does life and being conscious in our physical bodies mean? — these questions are just as important as “What happens when you die?” 
The truth is that absolutely nobody knows the truth behind either of these three questions and life and consciousness are fucking crazy. Sometimes I am struck with the realization that nobody knows what the hell is going on here, and yet we all play our role in society and act like that’s just what this is about. That’s even crazier to me. 
Chances are, you might not fear death itself, but rather, the coming unknown. That is okay, and normal, but it is also arguably a waste of your time here. Try to find a purpose worth dying for here on earth, and you will find that you no longer fear death.

I mean once you're dead, you're dead. You might roam the earth as a ghost, you might not- there's no point in being scared of something we can't control. You're fearing the worst but if we don't know what happens, why not expect the best?

Not scared of dying per say but I’m scared of what’s gonna happen to my family when I die. Like I have two daughters, a son on the way. I don’t want them to live with that pain of me having a sudden unexpected death. I think about that more than anything.

I don't believe in God or any of that type of stuff. So yes it does worry me a lot

No , I was there with “one foot” , I was in a coma for months and I’ll tell you it’s not fun , you see really creepy things. 5 years later and I still remember faces/voices/smells.

I am afraid of how I will die, the pain, leaving the ones I love a lot, and the darkness of it...
