Reduce movement

I’m 35 weeks on Monday and I’ve been up the hospital this week with reduce movement, I noticed she slowed down a lot within a few days and then the day I went up I didn’t feel her once for 8 hours, they did a scan and said she’s perfectly fine and I need to take it easy and not worry... well I’m not working and she’s my first so I basically do nothing all day and how can I not worry, I mean of course I’m relived she’s ok but it didn’t explain why she completely stopped moving the doctor made me wait 4 hours before she would see me as well and then spoke to me for about 5 minutes, I’m just a nervous wreck.

I have a STRONG history of stillborns in my family so this is an added stress as well I just can’t keep myself together 😣😢 anyone else struggling with anxiety
