Rape?
I was out of town for a good 2 weeks and 2 of my best friends went to a party. My friend left and went to hook up with a guy. She was high and very drunk. She says she remembers the first round of sex but doesn’t remember the 2nd. He was sober and was the one who told her they had a 2nd round. Is this rape?
