On the 6th I have tick real thick clear cm the next day it went back to like a creamy color and then today I dry does this mean I've done ovulated I forgot to buy my OB case this month's and I must have ovulated early

That's what I think too I think I ovulation occurred yesterday what should it be on the 6th because on the 5th I passed a lot of creamy discharge then on the 6th day went to to the clear thick stretchy cm and then around 5 yesterday I took a really bad back ache my diary or at least I felt like I was taking it out of ring and then cramps in my right pelvic region that where your ovaries would be at and today I'm almost dry.

Sounds like you ovulated to me. Are you temping at all? It helps to confirm ovulation.
