I would want to! That long sitting down is bad, walking around for a little while would be a relief. (less than 5 miles is a short walk)

No. I don’t think people realise how much energy a long distance car trip can take. It’s actually tiring for our bodies to sit that long and be in the same spot.
I’d drive to the destination, get a good nights sleep and then do the walk the next day.
