How to use a tampon

My mom doesn’t allow me to use tampons since she thinks it will make me lose my virginity, and i really don’t understand the instructions on the box very well. And to make matters worse i don’t know which hole to put it in since she hasn’t taught me about sex that much. Please Help!!
