Anyone else have a breech baby?

I’m 36+5 with a frank breech baby and I’m nervous that my doctor hasn’t even acknowledged a possible C-section/plan if he doesn’t flip

My first didnt turn head down until 38 weeks. Theres still plenty of thing you can do to try to get baby to turn.

Just ask! Ask as many questions as you like. Have you tried the spinning babies techniques? Chiropractic adjustments or acupuncture could also help turn the baby. If it's too late and baby won't move, you're kind of at the wedding of the practices wherever you live. While breech is a variation of normal and it is totally possible to deliver vaginally with a practitioner who knows how, in many areas nobody will do it. I know where I live, you can't find any doctor or midwife who will do it. See what your doctor says - you could try to find a doctor who will help you deliver breech, or if that's not possible, start figuring out what you want out of a c-section birth.

I voted yes since my first baby was frank breech.  My guess is that you will 100% have a C-section.  Doctors rarely attempt a frank breech vaginal delivery since it is risky (and doctors have less and less experience with it then). ASK now so you can have the information you need.

I’m 36 weeks and baby is transverse...again. She was til 32 weeks, flipped herself by 34 weeks, and at the 36 week appt she was back to being traverse. 🙄 mine said they’ll take her at 39 weeks if she doesn’t turn

34wks, baby is footling breech. We have an ultrasound scheduled for 36wks to determine position. If still breech, we plan an ECV. If that doesnt work, we will discuss a csection. I have my fingers crossed for you!! These babies need to flip!

Yep I’m transverse at 32 weeks. Try the turning babies techniques. I’ve been doing them daily and baby is flipping between head down and transverse every other day! Hoping he picks head down as his favoured position soon lol
