How to interpret bbt chart??
Hi all! I’m new to charting and still don’t really understand how to interpret the charts to confirm ovulation. Can someone please explain to me??
I’ll include my current chart for reference. Someone said on another post that they think I ovulated on CD 19 but I’m trying to figure out for sure how to determine that. My understanding is that you’ll have three days of a temp rise after you ovulate. Is this correct?? Thanks so much!!
