Are these canker sores? They are under my tongue

Please help I got these couple days ago and look like canker sores I’ve never had them before. Please help.

At first I was like where!? Then I saw it, yes does. They typically come from different reasons. Maybe if changed toothpaste or mouthwash and has to much chemically. Or you ate to much fruit in the past couple days. Or sometimes I even get them cause my stomach issues. But overall they should go away in 2 weeks. If they still hurt after 2 weeks I would call a doctor and see what they say
