Heart medication

So long story short i am a busy mom of two toddler boys 4 and 3 and I had boy/girl twins back in September 2018. So life can get pretty stressful back in June I was having heart issues. They thought I was suffering from PVCs basically heart hiccups. I went into emergency back in June my heart was flopping around it felt not right. Anyways they did a test and checked my troponin which indicates heart damage or that you have a heart attack. Anyways my test was elevated so doctors had me stay a couple days in the hospital to watch my heart because I tested positive. Anyways I am 29 years old and they put me on bisoprolol heart medications. My question is has anyone else ever been on this? It has made me gain so much weight that I actually feel depressed. I literally have no energy and feel blah every single day. My body feels swollen has anyone ever experience this?
