5-6 mo babies - what are your wake times?

Can’t figure out the optimal time over here. What are you guys doing?

3.5-4 hours helps her sleep better. Only two naps a day and not as restless when put to bed.

Yesterday he was up for 4 hours before bedtime, he refused his evening nap

Today I don’t no what got in to my son he hates sleeps at the best of time but today was a complete joke he got up at 7 slept at 10 for 20 mins then was awake until 3.20pm n woke back up at 3.45pm then went to bed at 7 like what the hell surely he should need more sleep than that a day x

Generally 2.5 hours but when she’s stubborn and won’t go down it can be upwards of 5 hours.

1.5- 2ish hours after she wakes up she will take a nap then it’ll be around 2.5 hours in between naps

About 2,5 hours. But it depends a lot on her naps really sometimes a bit less and sometimes a lot less.
