Hungry ALL the time - does this mean a boy ?

I’m constantly hungry and eating 3 times more than normal .  Has anyone had past pregnancies like this and turned out to be a boy ? Or girl ?

It doesn’t mean anything. The only way to know what type of sex organs your growing is to get the blood test or wait for confirmation.

I wasn't like that until my 3rd trimester in my last pregnancy, so I'm not feeling that way yet. I had a girl though. But that's one of the most common pregnancy symptoms in general and isn't specific to a certain gender.
