Can anyone in the same boat give me some reassurance? I'm 9+1 and I have not seen the DR. yet. I'm not scheduled to be seen till 11+4 because they are so booked. I have been nauseous occasionally but unlike my other 2 pregnancies I have not thrown up. All I can think of is missed miscarriage 😫besides being extra tired and occasionally having sore breasts I feel like I have no symptoms
