Ovulation and baby dance

Soooo baby danced around 10 am this morning. Around 4:25 pm I was getting what felt like a crampy ovarian kind of crap so took an opk and got this at 4:30 would you say timing is good or chances are good?? What's ya'll opinions. And is this even considered a good opk or positive. The app is reading it as positive.
