Luteal Phase Defect?

Question

Hi guys, I have consistently been getting positive OPKs on day 15 with a 25-26 day cycle. My understanding is this not enough time for implantation? We’ve been trying for   2.5 (!) years with no luck. My doctor has checked my hormones twice, also did an ultrasound and says I’m fine. My husband has been taking meds for sperm motility for 6 months and his numbers are now normal. I’m just at a loss and so frustrated at this point.

You need 10 days at least after you ovulate for the egg to implant
