Depends on what you want to make. I coupon and I keep my fridge, freezer, and pantry fully stocked at all times. 
I have a family of 3, so I typically spend $500 a month after coupons. I also love the $5 for 5 at Kroger and it’s unlimited mixing and matching. I’m a coupon lover! 
I get my meat fresh off of a friend’s farm, year round. 
Where I live, groceries are cheap and I make weekly menus.

My household consists of me, my boyfriend, my 8 year-old stepson (who eats more than I do) and my 7 month old daughter. We live in Maine where the cost of living is stupidly high. We average $150 - $175 at the grocery store every week.
