What was your experience? First cycle after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage about 3 months ago and i barely started my first cycle today I was just wondering how was your experience with your first cycle after your miscarriage?

Hi there! First of all, I’m so so sorry to hear of your miscarriage! I also had a miscarriage back in June. I’ve had two cycles since and both have been quite heavy. My normal cycles before pregnancy were 28 days, ovulation on day 14 and my period would last about 4 days. Very few pms symptoms, and medium bleeding. After the d&c, both cycles have been 30-34 days, ovulation later in the cycle, and 3 days of very heavy bleeding with blood clots. I also had more intense pms symptoms. This was just my personal experience! I’m sure every woman is different, but just thought I’d share :)
