So in the last 6 months to a year I have noticed that my anxiety has gotten a lot worse. It’s to the point where I have and anxiety attack every other day or every few days. I don’t feel like I have control over my body anymore. I can’t deal with feeling like this anymore how do I tell my mom that I need help and want to see a doctor or try some more natural way to deals with this? I’m only 17, if you have any tips, advice or natural ways that could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
