Rash while 13 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried?

I’ve had this rash pop up today on my arms and legs. It’s itchy and a little bit painful (stings). I’m 13 weeks pregnant and a little worried.

I’m not prone to rashes, this is the first one I’ve had since I was a kid. So it worries me that I have it now. Does it look like something I should be concerned about?

I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow morning so I will ask her about the rash. But just curious if anyone has had similar while pregnant.
