What did you do to alíviate sore throat while pregnant, I barely slept last night because of it! 😭😭😭 can I drink chamomile tea??

Hot tea with honey and lemon. If you don't drink tea just use hot water. Drink while still hot.

Throat losengers helped me like the ones that cause a cooling effect. But it didn’t keep me up at night sore. I would call you doctor to make sure you don’t have strep
